NewBase Sportswear Ltd is a family run, active sportswear brand based in Essex, England.
NewBase clothing prioritises comfort, protection and thermal properties. Our concept was influenced and driven by our experiences with our own children whilst preparing them for training and matches. With a shared frustration of standard base layer leggings riding up when pulling on socks, we dedicated ourselves to designing an all-in-one solution.
Our innovative design provides a pair of leggings that not only look and feel great, but also provide all the protection of standard shin pads and integrated ankle guards with an underfoot strap, whilst providing all of the thermal benefits of a base layer. All of this in an easy to pull on pair of leggings. All that is required is to pull the leggings on, simply slip the separate shin pads into the integrated pocket to hold the pad in place during play, pull up socks and you’re ready to go.
NewBase Sportswear have quite literally produced a gamechanger, with no more uncomfortable riding up and movement of base layer leggings while pulling on socks or during play.
