These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional partnership between Junior Grassroots Hub Ltd (“JGH”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Partner (“you”, “your”).
By entering into a partnership with Junior Grassroots Hub, you agree to the following terms:
1.1. As a partner, you are entitled to the promotional services as outlined in your agreed package (e.g., website listings, social media promotion, email campaigns, etc.).
1.2. All promotions must be relevant to grassroots football and suitable for our audience of clubs, coaches, parents, and players.
2.1. All partnership fees must be paid upfront before the promotional services begin.
2.2. Payment is non-refundable once services have commenced.
2.3. Failure to settle invoices within 14 days may result in your partner assets (e.g., landing pages, posts, listings) being removed.
3.1. Partners are permitted to post in the Junior Grassroots Hub Facebook Group a maximum of two times per week, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. All posts must be approved by JGH if pre-scheduled, and must not include misleading claims, offensive language, or spam-like behaviour.
3.3. Posts must not contain political, religious, or inappropriate content.
4.1. Any materials provided by the partner (logos, images, videos, text) must be owned or licensed by the partner.
4.2. By submitting materials, the partner grants JGH the right to use, publish, and distribute such content for promotional purposes during the term of the agreement.
5.1. While we aim to maximise visibility and engagement, we do not guarantee any specific results (e.g., clicks, leads, sales).
5.2. Performance data (such as open rates or click-through rates) may be shared upon request for certain campaign elements (e.g., email campaigns).
6.1. Partners must conduct themselves professionally in all communications with the JGH team and its audience.
6.2. Breach of conduct or failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the partnership without refund.
7.1. The standard partnership term is 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, but no refunds will be issued once services have commenced.
7.3. Inactive or non-responding partners may have assets removed if invoices are unpaid or if communications are not maintained.
8.1. Past partners are welcome to reapply or renew at any time, subject to current rates and terms.
8.2. Reinstatement may require new onboarding and payment in full.
