The Ferdinand Collective – NMH are committed to supporting the ambitions of young footballers in the West Midlands, Staffordshire region and across the North West of England.
We are NMH Ferdinand Collective, the main central hub connecting grassroots football from the South to the North of England. With many elite coaches and former professionals involved, we are committed to creating strong pathways within grassroots football, ensuring that all children have opportunities to develop and progress.
We want to connect with grassroots clubs and build lasting relationships, working together to provide young players with the best possible environment to succeed. This isn’t about money for us—it’s about giving grassroots children real opportunities to be picked up by professional clubs. We serve as the next step below academy level, helping players take that crucial step forward in their development.
