1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Junior Grassroots Hub Raffle (“the Raffle”) operated by Junior Grassroots Hub Ltd, a registered business in England and Wales.

By entering this Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Raffle is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

  • Entries are void where prohibited by law.

  • Proof of age may be required before any prize is awarded.

  • Employees of Junior Grassroots Hub Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entrants must purchase one or more raffle tickets via the Junior Grassroots Hub website at https://juniorgrassrootshub.com/raffle

  • Entrants must nominate a UK-based grassroots football club as part of the entry process.

  • Each ticket purchased will be assigned a unique ticket number.

  • Entry closes at 12:00 noon on the published draw date. Entries received after this time will be automatically entered into the following draw or refunded.

4. Ticket Pricing & Proceeds

  • Tickets cost ÂŁX.XX each (set on a per-draw basis).

  • Proceeds will be allocated as follows:

    • 50% to the winning entrant

    • 25% to the nominated grassroots club

    • 25% to platform operating costs and community development

5. Draw & Winner Selection

  • The winning ticket will be selected randomly from all valid entries using a transparent digital randomisation system.

  • The draw will be conducted weekly and announced publicly on the Junior Grassroots Hub Facebook Page.

  • Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.

  • The winner’s name, club, and partial postcode may be published for transparency.

6. Prizes

  • The winning entrant will receive 50% of the total ticket sales for that draw.

  • The nominated grassroots club will receive 25% as a donation or grant payment.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Payments will be made within 7 working days of the draw via bank transfer.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once entered, tickets are non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents inclusion in the draw.

  • If a draw is cancelled for any reason, all entrants will be refunded in full.

8. Data Protection

  • Entrants’ personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the Raffle.

  • No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent, except for regulatory compliance.

9. Regulation & Compliance

  • Junior Grassroots Hub Ltd is registered as a Small Society Lottery with [insert name of your local authority] under the Gambling Act 2005.

  • The Raffle is conducted in line with legal requirements for society lotteries in the UK.
